These Terms & Conditions apply to the WaterLand® Summer Story Challenge hosted by WaterLand® on Instagram.
By entering this activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Activity Name

3. Activity Period
The activity begins on June 17, 2026.
The activity ends on June 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Entries submitted after the closing time may not be considered.
4. Eligibility
This activity is open only to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid Instagram account.
- Follow @waterlandbabycarrier at the time of winner selection.
- Have a valid shipping address in the United States or Europe.
- Are legally permitted to participate in this type of promotional activity under their local laws.
Employees, contractors, agencies, suppliers, partners, or immediate family members connected to WaterLand® may not enter.
WaterLand® reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding a prize.
Void where prohibited by law.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow @waterlandbabycarrier on Instagram.
- Comment on the official activity post explaining why WaterLand® belongs in their family’s summer story.
Only comments made on the official activity post during the activity period will be considered.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
A purchase will not improve the chance of being selected.
Only one winning entry per person or household is allowed.
6. Winner Selection
This is not a raffle, lottery, sweepstakes, or random giveaway.
Twenty winners will be selected by WaterLand® based on the quality of their comment.
Entries will be judged based on:
- Originality
- Creativity
- Authenticity
- Emotional connection
- Relevance to the WaterLand® story
WaterLand® will choose the entries it believes best match the spirit of the activity.
WaterLand®’s decision is final.
7. Prize
Twenty winning families will each receive one WaterLand® Baby Carrier.
Prize includes:
- 1 WaterLand® Baby Carrier
Approximate retail value: $105 USD per prize.
Approximate total prize value: $2,100 USD.
Color availability may vary and will be subject to stock availability at the time of fulfillment.
The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
WaterLand® may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Shipping
WaterLand® will ship prizes only to eligible winners with a valid shipping address in the United States or Europe.
Shipping times may vary by country, region, and local delivery conditions.
Any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or additional charges required by the destination country may be the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated by WaterLand® in writing.
If WaterLand® is unable to ship to a winner’s location due to legal, logistical, carrier, customs, or delivery restrictions, WaterLand® may choose another winner.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced or contacted on or around June 27, 2026.
Winners will be contacted only through the official WaterLand® Instagram account: @waterlandbabycarrier
WaterLand® will never ask winners for payment information, credit card details, bank details, or payment to claim a prize.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, WaterLand® may choose another winner.
Winners may be required to provide their full name, shipping address, email address, phone number, country, and Instagram handle for prize fulfillment.
If a winner does not have a valid shipping address in the United States or Europe, WaterLand® may select another winner.
10. Content Rights
By entering, participants allow WaterLand® to repost, share, display, reference, or use their comment, Instagram handle, and submitted entry for marketing, promotional, social media, website, email, and campaign-related purposes.
Participants confirm that their entry is their own original content and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Participants must not submit content that includes private information, offensive language, false claims, or content they do not have the right to share.
11. Disqualification
WaterLand® reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify entries that:
- Are offensive, abusive, hateful, misleading, or inappropriate.
- Include spam, fake accounts, automated activity, or fraudulent behavior.
- Violate Instagram rules.
- Violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Attempt to manipulate the activity unfairly.
- Are submitted by accounts that appear fake, inactive, duplicated, or created only for promotion abuse.
WaterLand® may also disqualify any participant who unfollows @waterlandbabycarrier before winners are selected.
12. Safety Notice
WaterLand® Baby Carrier is designed to support calm, close, shallow-water moments with adult supervision.
WaterLand® is not a flotation device, life jacket, swimming aid, or substitute for adult supervision.
Always use WaterLand® according to the official safety instructions, age and weight guidance, and product manual.
13. Authenticity Notice
Authentic WaterLand® products are available only through WaterLandBaby.com and authorized retailers.
WaterLand® is not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, scam websites, fake social media accounts, or counterfeit listings.
WaterLand® will only contact winners through the official Instagram account: @waterlandbabycarrier
14. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this activity.
Instagram will not assist with the administration of this activity.
15. Privacy
WaterLand® may collect limited personal information from winners, including name, shipping address, email address, phone number, country, and Instagram handle, only for the purpose of verifying eligibility and fulfilling the prize.
Personal information will not be sold.
WaterLand® may contact winners to arrange delivery and confirm prize fulfillment.
Personal information may be shared only with service providers needed to fulfill the prize, such as shipping or logistics providers.
16. Changes or Cancellation
WaterLand® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this activity if fraud, technical issues, legal restrictions, shipping limitations, platform changes, or other circumstances affect the fairness or operation of the activity.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaterLand® is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, deleted, or misdirected entries.
- Technical issues on Instagram or third-party platforms.
- Fake accounts or impersonators.
- Shipping delays or delivery issues outside WaterLand®’s control.
- Customs delays, duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
- Any misuse of the prize after delivery.
