Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at WaterLand Baby Carrier (“WaterLand”). The following terms govern shipping and delivery for orders placed on waterlandbaby.com (and any other WaterLand-operated global domains).
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, promotions, holidays, or severe weather events, processing and transit times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, chosen service level, order weight/size, and any applicable promotions (e.g., free shipping thresholds where available).
Indicative delivery windows (from dispatch):
· United States: Standard 3–7 business days; Expedited options may be available at checkout
· Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Actual delivery times may vary by carrier, service level, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
International Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other import fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers generally become active within 24 hours.
Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to expedite delivery. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—once an order has been processed, we may not be able to update the address.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If a selected method cannot service your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. WaterLand is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please:
1. Retain all packaging and damaged goods, and
2. Contact the carrier to file a claim, then notify us at info@waterlandteam.com so we can assist where possible.
Delivery Refusals / Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping or restocking fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, we will ship them as soon as they become available. Estimated ship dates will be shown at checkout or communicated via email.
